Trademark Guidelines

Overview

LegalsOne LLC owns all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other distinctive brand features associated with "LegalsOne" (collectively, "Marks"). These guidelines explain how third parties may and may not use our Marks. Unauthorized use of our Marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

Our Marks

LegalsOne's Marks include, without limitation:

• LegalsOne (word mark)
• LegalsOne LLC (company name)
• The LegalsOne logotype and any stylized version thereof
• Any taglines or slogans owned by LegalsOne LLC

These Marks are the exclusive property of LegalsOne LLC. All rights reserved.

Permitted Uses

The following uses of LegalsOne Marks are generally permitted without prior written permission, subject to the restrictions below:

• Accurate factual reference: You may use the word mark "LegalsOne" to truthfully identify LegalsOne as the provider of a product or service — for example, in an article, blog post, or customer review stating that you use the LegalsOne platform.
• Comparative reference: You may reference LegalsOne in a factually accurate comparison of competing products or services.
• Partner/integration disclosure: Integration partners may state that their product connects with or integrates with LegalsOne, subject to any applicable partner agreement.

All permitted references must use the Mark exactly as shown ("LegalsOne" — no alterations, abbreviations, or modifications) and must not suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation where none exists.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are prohibited without prior written permission from LegalsOne LLC:

• Using any LegalsOne Mark as part of your own business name, brand, product, or service name
• Using any LegalsOne Mark in a domain name, subdomain, or social media handle
• Modifying, combining, or creating derivative works of any LegalsOne Mark or logo
• Using LegalsOne's logo or visual identity for any purpose
• Using our Marks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation by LegalsOne LLC without a written agreement
• Using our Marks in any way that disparages LegalsOne, its products, or its reputation
• Using our Marks as a keyword in paid search advertising targeting LegalsOne's brand terms without permission

Logo & Visual Identity

The LegalsOne logo and visual identity assets are not available for general use. Use of the logo requires explicit written permission from LegalsOne LLC. Where permission is granted:

• Use only authorized, unmodified versions of brand assets provided by LegalsOne
• Do not alter colors, proportions, spacing, orientation, or any other visual element
• Do not animate, distort, or add visual effects to the logo
• Maintain minimum clear space around the logo as specified in any brand guidelines provided

Permission Requests

If you wish to use LegalsOne Marks in a way not described as permitted above, you must submit a written request to legal@legalsone.com before any use. Include:

• Your name and organization
• The specific Mark(s) you wish to use
• A description of the proposed use and context
• Sample materials or mockups where available

LegalsOne reserves the right to approve, deny, or condition any permission request at its sole discretion.
